WHO CAN APPLY FOR THE TRADE PROGRAM?
Mixed by Design extends wholesale Loloi pricing to any designers, architects or home stagers with a resale license, professional licensure/ accreditation or professional membership. If you are unsure you qualify for Trade Membership, please email us at hello@mixedbydesignshop.com
HOW DO I SEE PRICING?
Once an approved Trade Member for the Loloi Rug program, Mixed by Design will send you a PDF copy of the most current line list. Your Trade pricing will be listed as ‘WS’. Please confirm you have the most up to date Line Sheet, Mixed by Design will not automatically send out updated pricing.
CAN I ORDER A SAMPLE?
Yes, you may order 18’’ samples in select designs of most collections for $25 with free shipping within the Continental U.S. 18" samples are not eligible for return. For more information, please email hello@mixedbydesignshop.com
WHAT IS THE ORDER MINIMUM?
For rugs, there is no order minimum. For pillows and throw, the order min. is two of any style.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Return Requirements
- Our return policy is 20 days for non-defective items, 5 days for defective items, and 3 days for claims on shortages or missing items.
- Returns can be made to Mixed by Design Retail location during business hours, or directly mailed back to Loloi.
- rugs must be rerolled on tube, and packaged back in a plastic rug sleeve as originally packaged
The following items are ineligible for return:
- Loloi does not accept returns for pillows, throws, poufs, wall art or 18" x 18" rug samples. They also do not accept returns for items consumers have purchased from a retail partners.
Restocking Fees (Retail & Trade Customers)
There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns of non-defective products. Trade buyer must pay for shipping costs.
Defective Merchandise
If you encounter a defect in your product, please reach out to MBD via Email (hello@mixedbydesignshop.com) ASAP. Damages must be reported within 5 days. Please always unroll and check rugs immediately even if not being installed. If you are shipping to a third party receiver, it is your responsibility as the designer to confirm that no damages have been reported. Mixed By Design is not responsible for any returns or claims after above mentioned dates.
